Seeing someone buy their first home is truly special. A home represents a step up in someone’s lifestyle, which affects them every day because people spend a lot of time in their homes.
For example, we sold a house to a couple in 2016 for about $210,000. Since then, they updated the kitchen and decided to relocate for a job opportunity. They were able to sell their home for $355,000 and were very excited about it. That’s a wonderful profit, but it’s more than that—it was their first home. Now they’re moving into their second home, and it represents the next stage in their life. That’s truly beautiful, and you can’t put a price on it.
